Ratzon is an Israeli variety developed by Israeli agricultural expert Mr. Itzhak Ratzon and named after him. It was introduced into China in 1994. At present, the main planting area lies in Linyi and Heze of Shandong province. It is a very good variety that we strongly recommend.
Recommended applications: for making jam or pastry ingredient or decoration. Because 1) it is dark red inside and outside. 2)high brix and modest acidity. 3) good fragnance of strawberry. 4) good firmness.
