1.Confirm if the material purchased is from factory's own registered planting base.
2.Make batch numbers according to ripe time, purchase time, applicance purpose in order to distinguish
3.Confirm the time cost from picking to arriving at purchase place,inspect freshness, maturity and rot of material
4.Picking place and quantity should be taken into consideration when choosing purchase place.(consider the distance and road in order to keep farmers from mixing different varieties.)
5.Check pesticide residue of material: tools that are used for picking material by large planters and recording documents must be checked.
6.Confirm if material spec. and color comply with production requirement.

1.Refrigerator car:(refrigerator cars are used when material base is over 50 km away from factory(Temperature should be kept at 0-4℃).Temperature must be checked inside wagon box, kept and controlled all the way.
General wagon:general wagon is used when material base is within 50 km from factory.The transportation time is at night reach factory before 9 am.
2.Use non-toxic white plastic basket with soft pad.
3.Keep strict control over time cost by vehile from leaving place of origin to cold storage in factory.The shorter, the better. |

1.Store material in order of arrival.First in, first out. (mark them clearly)
2.Use pallets and keep good ventilation.
3.Check and record cold storage temperature ever 2 hours.Keep strict control over refrigeration switch. Special worker should be assigned to the work.
4.Material should be stored in refrigerating room of the cold storage. Variety, specification, purchasing place should be clearly marked .
5.Material purchased should be delivered out of storage on the same day.
6.CIQ will take samples from factory for inspection on base of different planting origin after metarial from different origin and purchasing place are delivered |

1.Raw material issued each time should not exceed 3kg in order to aviod too much breakage of material caused by excessive quantity inside material basket.
2.Release order in based on length of purchase time and freshness of metarial.
3.Products of different spec. and maturity are to be stored in containers of different color. Check if tools and contaiers are broken.
4.Confirm that tools and contaiers are clean.(they should be cleansed and disinfected completely each day)
5.Insepct if workers' hands are hurt,gloves are broken,cosmetics are used,watch or jewelry are worn.
6.Check if working clothes are clean and wearing is correct. Inspect the loss hair sticking device usage record of each worker to examin their hair lossing
7.Check that floor is cleaned and disinfected. Inspect the concentration and changing times of disinfection solution.
8.Keep strict control over leaf calyx, stalk, grass, sand, rotten fruit, hair, etc in semi-finished products. |

1.Semi-finished material of different batch must be cleansed respectively so as not to mix material of different applicance and specification.
2.Production-use water must comply with New Standards for Drinking Water Quality issued by China Ministry of Health. Flowing water are required for cleansing.The use of circulating water for cleansing is forbidden.
3.Make clear distinction and mark of cleansing water and disinfection solution used in each process flow.
4.During process of cleansing,distinguish/classify products on stainless steel draining mesh table according to shape, size, grain weight, leaves left, half red color,insect pollution, ash. |

1.Length of draining time is determined by standard of not dropping.
2.Quantity of material in basket is determined by degree of firmness of each variety.
